Proven Performance Across Every Application

Cor-Tuf UHPC delivers reliable solutions for bridges, utilities, precast, and more

UHPC Strength, Made Practical

Cor-Tuf UHPC is the only ultra-high-performance concrete that can be mass-produced, mixed, and poured with conventional equipment — making it practical for projects of every scale. With strict quality controls and unmatched durability, Cor-Tuf consistently outperforms traditional concrete and competing UHPCs.

From bridges and rail to utilities, defense, and precast elements, Cor-Tuf brings UHPC strength and simplicity to real-world applications.

Infrastructure

Cor-Tuf UHPC delivers century-long durability with minimal maintenance — extending the life of bridges, rail, and civil structures.

Our infrastructure solutions tackle today’s toughest structural and durability challenges with superior compressive, tensile, and flexural strength. High ductility, impermeability, and abrasion resistance protect structures against cracking, water intrusion, and long-term wear — reducing maintenance while extending service life.

Unlike other UHPCs, Cor-Tuf offers inclusive pricing with no hidden costs, and full ready-mix compatibility. That means no special equipment, no hand-mixing, no extra on-site labor, and no additional storage or mixing space – making every project stronger, simpler, and more cost-effective.

The Cor-Tuf Advantage

100+ Year Service Life
Long-term performance cuts replacement cycles by up to two-thirds – extending the life of new structures and breathing new life into aging infrastructure.
Since more than 75% of DOT budgets are spent on maintenance, Cor-Tuf UHPC saves agencies millions over a structure’s lifespan with overlays and joints that dramatically reduce long-term upkeep.
Near-zero permeability resists freeze/thaw cycles, salt, chloride ingress, and chemical attack, preventing premature deterioration.
With compressive strength of 25,000+ psi, Cor-Tuf enables thinner sections and lighter designs without sacrificing performance.
Ideal for new construction, rehabilitations, overlays, bridge decks, piers, girders, and joints.
Self-consolidating mix flows easily into congested areas without vibration, reducing labor demands.
Supports innovative geometries, prefabrication, and reduced rebar complexity, enabling faster, smarter builds.
Ready-mix compatibility with local materials and standard equipment streamlines both precast and cast-in-place construction.
UHPC Mix Strongest Concrete

What Makes UHPC Ultra-High Performance

UHPC achieves its superior performance through a dense nano-scale matrix that is far less permeable than conventional concrete. This matrix is combined with steel fiber reinforcement, which provides exceptional ductility and crack resistance.

Though exact formulations and results vary by producer, UHPC generally incorporates a blend of Portland cement, sand, supplementary cementitious materials, chemical admixtures, and fibers – resulting in a material dramatically stronger, tougher, and longer lasting than traditional concrete.
